I have been on the lookout for good quality organic cotton pads for a while. I’m aware that pads and tampons will be incredibly bad for the environment and I’ve always been concerned about the use of chemicals in everyday branded pads. These are really great quality, they are super soft so will provide a great comfort, and of course it is organic cotton. I feel reassured using these that chemicals are not used, so I’m happy!

I have very sensitive skin which has made me use organic cotton sanitary pads for years. I started using this product since I moved into another country and I couldn’t find the one I used to use. I was quite skeptical because it hadn’t been easy to find the right one for my skin before. However, it was a great choice. Nothing irritates my skin, soft touch, design of the package, etc. I love this pads!

I started using these as the more commercial brands were causing irritation and these didn’t disappoint. Really soft and comfortable, and do the job for an average period. I was also aiming to in to cut down plastic use, and these are definitely less packaging the standard brands.

My second time buying these as I’d read that unlike normal towels they don’t have certain chemicals in them and that can help pain, and either they absolutely do or it’s a huge coincidence that my crippling monthly pain has gone right down since I started to use them. They can absorb a lot, and the way they stick on is much better at the back than normal pads. I won’t use anything else now.

Finally! Overnight pads that actually do their job! I have been through sooo many brands of overnight pads (commercial and organic alike) and have always encountered the same problem – they are too short, meaning they don’t cover me properly and of course leaks occur as a result. But these ones are fantastic and I loved the fact that they are flared at the back for maximum coverage. They seem a little thick when you first open them but once you actually wear them you don’t really feel anything so don’t be put off by how it feels in your hands. Definitely the best brand of sanitary wear I’ve come across so Purcotton you now have a faithful customer. Don’t think I can go back to anything else 🙂

This product arrived promptly. At the time of ordering I was suffering with a bad bout of cystitis. As I was preparing to go abroad for a two week holiday, I found these pads comfortable to use. I liked the fact that they were perfume free. The quality and comfort was assuring. I recommend this product.

Since changing to organic pads, I’ve had much lighter periods. I’ve noticed a big difference, I think these are good quality, you can tell they are organic. I have had no problems with them and will keep using this brand. Very happy.

These are very good cotton pads. These have been a game changer for me. I used to wear normal bodyform ones. But I have eczema and started to react to them. So I started using cotton and reusable pads and the difference is amazing. No more reactions. They are very absorbent. I used to always worry at night when I’m asleep that I might leak but with these the fear is not there as the back end of these pads are wide. Very good sanitary towels. Have recommended them to others.

One of my two favourite pads I found on Kleao but these are an absolute best! Very soft and comfortable, kind to skin and absorb really well plus nice and long making you feel secure and confident. I stopped buying popular brand pads as they started to be painful to wear and I didn’t want my pads to be made of plastic anymore. They are pricey but definitely worth it! I’ve been getting them every month for nearly a year now. I would definitely recommend 😀

I liked this product because it was very, very comfortable. Because of this, my mood was also a little lighter. It did not make me sweat, and I had no worries when going to bed because there were no leaks.

These pads are very big and offer large coverage but they aren’t too thick and bulky. My teenager likes them as she feels secure that they won’t leak and from my perspective, they don’t have harsh chemicals in.

If you hate being sweaty, sore and scared of leaks these are for you! I sat on a plane for 8hrs on the heaviest flow days and not one uncomfortable moment! I used to get so irritated down there with other brands but these seem to do what they say they will! I won’t use another brand again. Thank you from the bottom of heart for making these.

These are good pads. I use the night time ones as I have a heavy flow for the first two days. They are packaged really well and I love lightness. I use to also get a really bad odour from useing previous brands of pads and these don’t have any. I will be purchasing more.
